Grundl\u00e6ggende kan traumer ses som roden til 95% vores problemer. Hver dag bliver vi bombarderet med livserfaringer, der f\u00e5r os til at sparke ind i overlevelsestilstand og nogle gange forblive i overlevelsestilstand.
