What are binaural beats?

A Binaural beat is the phenomenon that happens when you listen to two different tones through headphones in each ear and your brain creates a third tone, this tone is called a binaural beat. This phenomenon does not happen if you are not using headphones so, in order to get the quickest results you need to use headphones. It is not recommended that you listen to our sessions in headphones when you are driving or operating heavy machinery.
