History Trauma AKA PTSD Part 1

History Trauma AKA PTSD Part 1

History Trauma is the resulting emotional damage pattern that forms when we go over threshold on a trauma stack. A trauma stack, is a buildup or grouping together of like traumas in our central nervous system. We go over threshold on a stack when it becomes destabilized because the stack has reach maximum capacity. When this happens, all the occurrence in that stack merge together to form one larger pattern referred to as History Trauma AKA PTSD. None of us are exempt from this phenomenon.

What happens when a History Trauma is formed?

When a History Trauma is formed, our unconscious minds create another energy pattern called a blocking part. To safely get to and clear the history trauma completely, we need to first find all blocking parts put in place to protect it and release them all. Peeling back each layer of an onion is a good visual for this process. If this process is done out of order, we run the risk of retraumatizing ourself or retraumatizing our clients.

History Trauma – Clearing the Blocking Parts

Blocking parts stop, blocks, and prevents us from accessing traumatic experiences or energy frequencies they are trying to protect. While this is truly a heroic thing our unconscious minds are doing for us: attempting to protect us from emotional pain, it is a misguided attempt to keep up safe. We still feel the emotional but now we can’t get to root cause frequencies generating the pain.

I view this conundrum as a double bind, a damned if I do and damned if I don’t situation. In this particular example of an emotional double bind, the unconscious mind says: “If I don’t block access to this History Trauma, I will feel tremendous emotional pain, but if I do block access to this History Trauma, I will feel tremendous emotional pain.” That sounds like quite a pickle, doesn’t it? Remember, the unconscious mind doesn’t reason, it only sees black or white, no grey areas. In part 2 of this article, we will examine this statement from the conscious mind perspective.
